Hi, I am Ashley! Though I am a self-proclaimed 'army brat', having lived all over the US and Europe, I have always thought of Rye, NH as my home. In fact, my family has been residents of Rye for over 60 years!

After graduating from Southern New Hampshire University, I realized that there was a strong need for a dependable nanny service for the Seacoast area families. With a lifetime love for children, and having 12 years of experience in caring for children, starting a company to take care of children seemed like second nature.

The nanny service is now bi-coastal we have offices in Rye, NH and Santa Cruz CA.

My name is Courtney Chadwick, I started baby sitting when I was 16 years old, through my 12 years of experience, I have blossomed into a full-time nanny. With all the families that I work with, I love to educate and be active with the children.

I am always on time, reliable, gentle at heart and patient. I love helping children grow, share there experience and fond memories. I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. I volunteer at the Veterans' Medical Center in Manchester, NH.

About Ashley's Professional Staff

For a Nanny to become a member of our team, we start with an extensive background check. We follow this with a standard reference check, two interviews and a follow up training session. We feel that safety come first, so we are all certified in first aid and CPR.

I take great pride in carefully assessing each family and their children's needs and finding a Nanny that will be most suitable given your requirements. It is my hope that you will immediately feel comfortable with your nanny.

Our Nannies are required to have clean driving records and valid drivers' insurance. Proof of insurance can be provided as necessary. In addition, our Nannies and Care givers have either a college degree or qualified credits in Early Childhood and Development.

How We Work

We personally come to the new clients home to conduct an initial interview for both client and ACNPS. We take great pride in carefully assessing each family and their children's needs and finding a Nanny that will be most suitable given your requirements. It is my hope that you will immediately feel comfortable with your nanny. All nanny's are independently contracted to the client. The client and nanny will establish a working contract that accommodates both parties.
